Start by taking 1.5 liters of water in a pot and turn on the flame.

Add 250 grams of bone-in chicken and 6-7 cloves of garlic, along with 1 small onion.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and cover the pot, cooking for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare 1 cup of frozen sweet corn. If you don't have frozen corn, you can use fresh corn and boil it to separate the kernels.

Beat 1 egg in a bowl and set aside.

Mix 4 tablespoons of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and set aside.

After 20 minutes, remove the chicken and garlic and onion from the pot.

Shred the chicken and add it back to the pot along with 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder.

Add the chopped sweet corn to the pot and stir.

Gradually add the corn flour slurry to the soup, ensuring the consistency is not too thick or too runny.

Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of vinegar to the soup. Optionally, you can add chili sauce.
