Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil.
Add 2 cups of ground chicken and sauté until it is cooked and the moisture is reduced.
Add 1 cup of chopped corn and sauté for 2 minutes.
Season with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 pinches of white pepper.
Pour in 2 liters of water and bring to a boil.
Add 1/2 cup of corn flour mixed with water to thicken the soup.
Stir until the soup reaches a boil and thickens slightly.
Beat 2 eggs and add them slowly to the soup while stirring to create strands.
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for flavor.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
