It combines the flavors of chicken and sweet corn, creating a hearty and nutritious soup that is both filling and satisfying. This dish is commonly served in homes and restaurants alike, showcasing the influence of Chinese cuisine on Pakistani food culture.

Boil 1 litre of water and add 1 chicken cube to dissolve.
Add 1 cup of chicken (with bone) and cook until chicken is done.
Remove the chicken, shred it, and set aside.
In the same pot, add 1 cup of crushed corn and 2 tbsp of sweet corn, stirring for a few minutes.
Add the shredded chicken back into the pot.
Season with 1 tsp of chicken powder, 1 tsp of black pepper, and salt to taste.
Mix 3 tbsp of cornflour with a little water to make a slurry and add it to the pot to thicken the soup.
Finally, add 1 beaten egg while stirring to create egg ribbons.
Garnish with boiled egg and spring onion before serving.
