Remove turkey and shred meat from the bones; return shredded meat to the pot.
Add bulgur wheat and brown beans; stir to combine.
Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes until bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Finish with lime juice and chopped parsley; season with salt and black pepper to taste.
