1 cup rice

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 bay leaves

Soak rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
