1 cup nimki
2 chopped boiled potatoes

3 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt per taste
pinch of black salt
pinch of chaat masala
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
roasted peanuts and chopped cilantro for garnishing
