1 tablespoon urad dal
1 tablespoon moong dal
1 tablespoon garlic
1 green chili
3-4 teaspoons hing
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1.5 teaspoons garam masala
water

Start by taking 1/4 cup toor dal and adding 1 tablespoon each of chana dal, masoor dal, urad dal, and moong dal.

Rinse the lentils under cold water until the water runs clear.

Add the lentils to the Instant Pot with 1 tablespoon of ghee.

Add 1 green chili, 3-4 teaspoons of hing, and 1 tablespoon of garlic, chopped.

Mix everything well and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.

Stir in 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, and 1 tablespoon red chili powder; mix well.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of garam masala and mix again.

Pour in water according to your taste and mix well.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.

Once done, open the lid carefully and check the dal for doneness.

Chop cilantro and add it along with lemon juice to the dal.
