Spring onion (whites, finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Schezwan Sauce (optional) - 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Salt - ยพ tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ยผ tsp
Corn Starch - 1 ยฝ tbsp
Mixed Vegetables (of choice) - 2 Cups
Water - 1ยพ Cups + 500 ml
Tofu (diced) - 200 gms
Spring Onion (greens, finely chopped) - 2 tbsp + For Garnish
Sesame Seeds - For Garnish
