2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 slices lime
1 lime zest
1 1/2 cup cooked white rice, for serving

In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat oil.
