Asian Style Oven Roasted Turkey

soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and cleaning it.
Mix honey, fish sauce, curry powder, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika or chili powder, black pepper, sugar, and oyster sauce in a bowl to create the marinade.
Rub the marinade all over the turkey, ensuring it gets under the skin.
Let the turkey marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
Add water and chicken broth to the bottom of the pan to keep the turkey moist during roasting.
Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for the appropriate time based on its weight, basting every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.
Once done, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
