Trim off the pork ribs into medium pieces. Bone and meat, perfect for easy eating.

In a medium pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the pork ribs and then turn off the heat. Drain off the water and set aside.

In a large pot, sauté 1 teaspoon of pepper and a bulb of garlic until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the pork ribs and pour 1 liter of water. Season with 1 cube of stock cube or salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Top with Cilantro/Coriander. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy your meals !
