1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic
1 med size Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Basil leaves
1 med Tomato
1 cup All Purpose cream
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (Optional)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
