1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
4 green chillies
few mint leaves
few coriander leaves

Add 250 grams of minced meat to a bowl.

Add 8 cashewnuts, 1 tablespoon roasted black gram, 2 cloves, 1 cardamom, 6 tailed pepper, and 1 teaspoon poppy seeds to a blender and grind these ingredients into a powder.

Add the ground powder to the minced meat.

Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 cup yogurt, and 2 medium sized fried onions to the minced meat.

Add juice of half a lemon, 1 tablespoon clarified butter or ghee, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Marinate the mixture for 15 minutes.

Start cooking the marinated minced meat on low flame for 15 minutes or until it is tender, letting it cook in its own juices.

If it feels too dry, add a little water and close the lid to let it cook.

Increase the flame and roast it until it turns dry.

Add 4 green chillies, a few mint leaves, and a few coriander leaves; mix well.

Place a bowl with burnt charcoal on top of the cooked kheema and close the lid to let it smoke for flavor.
