½ tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp Yogurt/curd
Juice of ½ a sour lime
Oil – as needed
1 Onion, sliced
3 Tomatoes, sliced
8 to 10 Cashew nuts
1 tbsp Melon seeds
1 inch Cinnamon
1 small piece Mace
4 Green cardamom
4 Cloves
1 Black cardamom
1 Bay leaf
Coriander leaves with stem
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Prepared makhani gravy
1 tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
½ cup Fresh cream
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi (roasted & crushed)

Marinate chicken with salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, yogurt, and lime juice for at least an hour.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions until golden.

Add sliced tomatoes and cook until soft.

Blend the mixture into a smooth gravy, adding cashew nuts, melon seeds, and whole spices during the blending process.

Return the gravy to the pan, add butter, oil, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and fresh cream, and simmer.

Add the marinated chicken and cook until done.
