1/4 tspn Black Salt Powder
1 tspn Kashmiri/Baydgi Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tspn Cinnamon/Dalchini Powder
1/2 tspn Cumin/Jeera Powder
1/2 tspn Sugar Powder
1/4 tspn Pepper Powder
2 tbspns Tomato Ketchup
Juice of half Lemon
Salt to taste

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Peel and core the pineapple, then slice it into rings.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
