Start with sliced chicken breast cut into thin strips.

Add 4 teaspoons of ground cardamom, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of seven spices, 4 teaspoons of paprika, 4 teaspoons of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 1/4 cups of Greek yogurt, and 1 1/4 cups of lemon juice to the chicken in a large bowl.

Cover the bowl with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.

Heat a deep pan over medium-high heat and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
