Place eggs in a saucepan and fill with cold water covering the eggs.

Bring water to a rapid boil on stovetop over high heat.

Cover the pan with a lid and remove from heat. Let eggs sit for 15 minutes.

Run cold water over the boiled eggs and remove them from the pan.

Gently tap the eggs on the counter and peel away the shell, rinsing under cold water to remove any bits of shell.

In a large bowl, add chopped eggs, salt, white pepper, onion powder, dill relish, honey mustard, and mayonnaise.

Stir in extra virgin olive oil.

Transfer to serving dish and chill in refrigerator before serving.
