Put 8 tablespoons of thick curd in a mixing bowl.

Take about 2 kilograms of cleaned and washed mutton chaap and add it to the marinade.

Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 1 to 2 hours.

After marination, transfer the mutton and marinade into a pan.

Pour water into the pan and add all the spices, then cook for about 1 hour.

Check the mutton after 1 hour; if it has melted, it is done. If not, add more water.

Add a little garam masala and place a piece of smoking coal on aluminum foil in the pan.

Add 1 teaspoon of desi ghee on top of the coal and cover the pan to let it steam for a few minutes.

Turn on the stove and take a grill pan, adding about 2 tablespoons of butter to it.

Once the butter melts, place the mutton chops on the grill pan.

Cook the chops until they change color, then turn them over to cook the other side.

If desired, add red chilies for more spice, but the creator did not add any.
