1 medium onion diced
1/2 red capsicum diced
1/2 yellow capsicum diced
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1.5 tsp vinegar
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp Schezwan Sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp hing
2+1 tsp Oil
Fresh Coriander and Sesame Seeds for Garnishing

Heat oil in a pan and add diced onion, red capsicum, and yellow capsicum. Sauté until they are soft.

Add finely chopped ginger and garlic, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Stir in vinegar, ketchup, Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, and hing. Mix well.

Add the idlis to the pan and gently toss them in the sauce mixture until well coated.

Garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds before serving.
