1

Add 60 grams of sugar to a mold and place it over low heat, stirring without utensils until it dissolves completely and turns a light brown color.

2

Spread the caramel evenly over the bottom and sides of the 18 cm mold.

3

In a blender, combine 200 grams of cream, eggs, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend for about 3 minutes.

4

Add a little cinnamon to the mixture to eliminate the strong egg flavor. You can also use any essence like vanilla.

5

Once blended, pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mold.

6

Cover the mold with aluminum foil to ensure proper cooking.

7

Place the mold in a pot with hot water (bain-marie) and cover the pot.

8

Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking that a knife comes out clean when inserted.

9

Once cooked, let it cool to room temperature, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until the next day.

10

To unmold, carefully remove the flan from the mold and enjoy.
