1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add sugar to form caramel, stirring gently to prevent burning.

2

Once caramel is ready, pour it into a 20 cm diameter by 10 cm high mold, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

3

In a large mixer, add eggs, milk powder, sugar, vanilla extract, rum or whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, and water.

4

Cover and blend the mixture until well combined.

5

Strain the mixture through a sieve into the mold with caramel.

6

Place the mold in a larger container and fill it with boiling water halfway up the sides of the mold.

7

Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a low oven at 130°C for approximately 2 hours.

8

Let it cool at room temperature for a couple of hours, then refrigerate for about 6 hours.

9

Once set, carefully remove from the mold and serve with additional caramel.
