Make garlic bread by adding grated cheese and popping it in the oven.

Take mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, shredded carrot, cucumbers, kalamata olives, and banana peppers.

Chop all the vegetables and add them to a bowl.

Chop feta cheese into little pieces and add it to the bowl.

Season the salad with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Add homemade red wine vinegar and toss the salad well.

Fill the sub with the chopped salad and drizzle with more dressing and feta cheese on top.

Cut the sub open and serve.
