Blend 3 medium-sized onions, 2 fresh tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, and 2 Maggi seasoning cubes together.
Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the blended mixture.
Heat oil in a pot until hot, then fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Marinate 4 pieces of chicken in vinegar and salt for 30 minutes, then fry until golden brown.
Add sea snail to the pot and fry first for flavor.
Add 4 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pot and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the blended ingredients and bay leaves to the pot and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the fried chicken and potatoes to the pot and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add 1 liter of water and then another 0.5 liters to the pot and let it boil until cooked.
Mix flour with a little water to avoid lumps, then add to the boiling stew to thicken it.
Add a little vinegar and lemon to taste and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
