Chop 3/4 cup of French beans finely and set aside.

Combine chopped beans with 1 teaspoon salt and let it sit for 10 minutes to release water.

After 10 minutes, squeeze out excess water from the beans.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon green chili paste, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3-4 tablespoons cornflour, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Form small balls from the mixture and set aside.

Heat oil in a deep pan until hot, then fry the balls for 30-40 seconds without flipping them.

After 30 seconds, flip the balls and fry until they are crispy and golden brown.

Remove the fried balls and set them aside.

In a kadhai, heat 1 teaspoon oil and fry 2-3 finely chopped green chilies.

Add 1/3 cup chopped capsicum and 1/3 cup chopped French beans, along with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix and fry for 1 minute.

Add the water that was released from the vegetables earlier and 1 cup of normal water, and bring to a boil.

Stir in 1 teaspoon red chili sauce and mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon ghee and mix. Optionally, add 1 teaspoon vinegar at this stage.

Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with 1/4 cup water and add to the gravy, cooking until it thickens.

Add 1 teaspoon sugar and mix well before adding the fried vegetable balls.

Cook for an additional 3 seconds to soften the balls, then turn off the heat and mix in some chopped coriander leaves.
