Fold in 100 g dried cranberries, 50 g walnuts, 50 g hazelnuts, and 50 g almonds until evenly distributed.

Shape the dough into logs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the logs with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp milk.

Bake for 30 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.

Slice the logs diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces.
