Roast cumin seeds in a small pan on medium-high heat until they start crackling and change color to dark brown, about 5 minutes.
Transfer roasted cumin seeds to a board and grind them into powder using a pestle.
In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of regular water and 2 cups of sparkling lemon water.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of the roasted cumin seed powder to the mixture.
Add 3/4 teaspoon of black salt and some regular salt to taste.
Add 4 teaspoons of sugar to the mixture, or any sweetener of your choice.
Mix all ingredients well until combined.
Add ice cubes and a few mint leaves to the mixture, crushing the mint slightly to release its flavor.
Assemble the drink in a mason jar filled with ice cubes and lemon slices, then ladle the drink into the jar.
Garnish with more mint leaves.
