1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 pinch saffron
4-5 green cardamom
5-6 cloves
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup tuti fruity
1 cup soaked and peeled almonds
1 cup raisins
1 cup pistachio
Red food color
Green food color
Orange food color
100gm khoya
1/2 cup coconut powder
2 tbsp kewra water

Take all nuts in a bowl and wash them properly.

In 3 small bowls, add 1 pinch of each food color, add the same amount of water, and mix well, then set aside.

In a kadai, add ghee, green cardamom, and cloves, then add sugar and mix well.

Add milk and mix, cooking at low flame for 5 minutes or until the mixture starts to become sticky.

At this point, add the 80% cooked basmati rice and mix well.

Add the food color mixture, coconut powder, khoya, and nuts, then add kewra water.

Cover and cook at low flame for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, turn off the flame and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve on a plate garnished with khoya.
