Prepare 10 kg of basmati rice by soaking it in water for 2 hours.

In a large pot, add 20 kg of water and bring it to a boil.

Add the soaked rice to the boiling water without adding salt.

Once the rice is cooked, drain it and set aside.

Prepare a syrup by mixing 10 kg of sugar with water until dissolved.

Add 50 g of cardamom and 100 g of cloves to the syrup.

Mix in 1 kg of khoya and 1 kg of grated coconut into the syrup.

Add 500 g of chopped almonds and 500 g of cashews to the mixture.

Stir in 1 kg of raisins and combine everything thoroughly.

Layer the cooked rice with the syrup mixture in a large pot.

Cover and steam the mixture for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
