Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until the cake springs back when touched, about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
Peel off the parchment paper and spread chocolate ganache over the cake.
Roll the cake tightly using the towel as a guide.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Slice into mini rolls and serve with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
