Traditionally, they are made with a light sponge cake rolled with cream or chocolate filling, symbolizing celebration and indulgence. Today, these rolls have gained popularity worldwide, with various flavors and fillings, making them a beloved dessert in many cultures.

Spray a 15 by 11 baking pan with baking spray and line it with parchment paper.
Add 4 eggs into a bowl and 2/3 cup of white granulated sugar, beat until yellow and foamy.
Add 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil and mix until well incorporated.
Sift in 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt; mix until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the pan and swirl for even distribution.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (177°C) for about 12 minutes.
Slide the baked cake onto a damp cloth while hot and roll it up.
Let the cake cool completely.
Make the filling by combining 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup of sugar, gradually adding the sugar while mixing until peaks form.
Fold in 1/4 cup of melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture.
Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling evenly over the top, and re-roll it.
Set the Swiss roll in the fridge for about an hour to set.
