GROUND BEEF DINNER IDEAS, SO EASY & DELICIOUS

- ●12 oz egg noodles
- ●1 lb ground beef
- ●1 medium onion, chopped
- ●2 cups sour cream
- ●1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ●2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- 4In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, ground beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 5Transfer the noodle mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- 6Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the noodle mixture.
- 7If using, sprinkle chopped green onions over the cheese.
- 8Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- 9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 10Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- 4Add patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- 5Remove patties from the skillet and set aside.
- 6In the same skillet, add sliced onions and mushrooms and sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened.
- 7Sprinkle cornstarch over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- 8Pour in beef broth, ketchup, and mustard, stirring to create a sauce.
- 9Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 10Return the patties to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and cover.
- 11Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the patties are cooked through.
- 12Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
