Peel the eggplants.
Dice the onions.
Slice the tomatoes.
Cut the eggplants into small patties.
Fry the eggplant patties until golden brown.
In a skillet, combine the meat and diced onions.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of allspice and 1.5 teaspoons of salt to the meat mixture; mix well.
If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water to soften it.
On a plate, place a slice of tomato, then form a meat patty and place it on top, followed by an eggplant patty.
Repeat the pattern of tomato, meat, and eggplant until all ingredients are used.
In a pot, add 6 cups of water, 1.5 teaspoons of Maggi powder, and 1 teaspoon of allspice; bring to a boil.
Once boiling, turn off the heat and pour the broth over the assembled dish until it reaches halfway up the Pyrex.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
