Fill a bowl with water and add salt to create a salt water solution to soak the steak.
Let the steak soak in the salt water solution for a while to clean it.

Use half of the bag of egg noodles and stir them into the boiling water, cooking for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Check the noodles to ensure they retain their texture and color, avoiding overcooking.
Peel and slice the onion, optionally soaking it in water and placing it in the freezer to reduce the strong smell.
Chop the mushrooms and add them to the bowl with the onions.
Drain the cooked egg noodles and let them sit until ready to use.
Chop the steak into medium small pieces, leaving some fat for flavor.
Season the steak with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce, then stir to blend the seasonings.
Prepare the sour cream mixture by starting with 1/3 cup of sour cream, adding 2 teaspoons of flour, and half a can of cream of mushroom, then stir to combine.
Heat a pan over high heat and add butter.
Add the chopped green peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the pan and stir, cooking for about 10 minutes.
Add minced garlic to the vegetable mixture.
