1 cup milk (optional)
1 cup light cream
1 lb red potatoes, diced
1 lb blanched red potatoes
2 cups sweet bicolor corn, cob, kernels removed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon Tony Satchery's Creole seasoning
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shrimp broth (made from shrimp shells)
