Mix all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
Add yogurt, milk, sugar, cooking oil, and water to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into balls (about 100 g or 3.5 oz each).
Flatten each ball into a teardrop shape.
Prepare garlic butter by mixing grated garlic with melted butter.
Brush one side of the naan with garlic butter and sprinkle with nigella seeds and chopped coriander.
Place the naan on a hot iron or cast iron tawa; cook until bubbles form on top.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook the bottom until golden brown.
