Once pork is tender, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Shred pork into bite-sized pieces, discarding any tough bits.
Serve shredded pork over a bed of rice, topped with hard-boiled eggs and green onions.
Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with pickled vegetables.
