Roughly mash the soaked cranberries to release their juices.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed cranberries, toasted oats, and almonds (which should be roughly chopped).

Add the melted peanut butter and honey mixture to the bowl and mix everything together.

Line a form with baking paper and pack the mixture down firmly into the form.

Let the granola bars sit for about 20 minutes before cutting them into bars.
