1

Line a 7 by 11 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

2

Melt 1 oz (30 g) of butter in a small pot.

3

Stir in 1 cup of natural peanut butter and whisk together until the peanut butter starts to get warmer and softens enough to blend.

4

Add honey to the mixture.

5

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in 2 and 1/2 cups of granola cereal.

6

Stir until well combined.

7

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, adding a little dab of grease on the pan before pressing in the paper for better hold.

8

Using the back of a spoon, flatten the mixture into the pan and push it down until it's nicely leveled.

9

Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.

10

Melt 2/3 cup (4 oz) dark chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

11

Spread the melted chocolate evenly on top of the granola mixture.

12

Sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top.

13

Place it back into the refrigerator to harden.

14

Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the pan from the refrigerator and lift the granola bar from the pan using the sides of the parchment paper.

15

Place it on a cutting board and cut into squares or bars as preferred.
