Separate the napa cabbage into leaves, discarding the smallest leaves for salad.
Place the cabbage leaves in hot water for about 30 seconds until they become soft and flexible.
Take the cabbage leaves aside and let them cool.
Chop the tomatoes and place them into a baking dish.
Finely chop 1 medium red onion and 1 small carrot.
Add salt and 1 tsp Mediterranean herbs to the chopped vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil and cook in the oven at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes.
Finely chop 1 medium onion and place it in a bowl with 1 lb of minced chicken.
Add chopped parsley and boiled rice to the bowl, along with salt and black pepper.
Mix until well combined to create the filling.
Place the roasted vegetables into a blender, squeeze in the garlic, and blend until smooth to make the tomato sauce.
Make small chicken patties from the mixture and place them on the napa leaves.
Roll the leaves around the chicken patties to form rolls.
Place the napa rolls into a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them.
Cook in the oven at 320F (160C) for 40 minutes.
Finely chop kerbel or parsley and sprinkle it over the rolls after cooking.
Grate parmesan cheese over the rolls before serving.
