Measure 4 cups of flour using a scale for accuracy.
Warm 1 cup of milk to 108-110°F and dissolve 2 packets of dry yeast and 1 teaspoon of honey in it.
Add 1/3 cup of sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 stick of butter, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture.
Mix all ingredients together, then knead for about 5-6 minutes until you have a soft and smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Prepare the filling by mixing 450g of farmer cheese, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of half-and-half or heavy whipping cream until smooth.
Taste the filling to adjust sweetness if necessary.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into portions aiming for about 70g each.
Shape the portions into balls and create a dent in the center for the filling.
Cover the shaped dough and let it rise for a few more minutes.
Prepare the crumble by mixing 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of butter until it holds together but can still fall apart.
Preheat the oven to 340-345°F.
Fill the dents in the dough with the sweet cheese filling and top with blueberries and crumble.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
