Transfer the dough to a bowl greased with vegetable oil and let it rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
After resting, show the dough has doubled or tripled in volume and remains sticky.
Degas the dough using oiled hands and place it into a tart mold lined with parchment paper.
Spread the dough evenly in the mold, adding a bit of oil to your fingers to help with spreading.
Cover the dough and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar on top of the dough according to personal preference, mentioning that less sugar can be used if desired.
Add half a packet of vanilla sugar on top of the dough.
Place small pieces of butter on top of the sugar, pressing slightly to create small wells.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake the pie for 10 minutes, noting the delicious smells of butter and brioche in the kitchen.
After 10 minutes, let the pie cool slightly before cutting into it to show the inside texture.
Describe the texture as airy and light, perfect with coffee or mint tea.
