Add crab meat, bread crumbs, and parsley; mix well.
Season with lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, and salt; combine thoroughly.
Stir in beaten egg and melted butter until the mixture is cohesive.
Fill crab shells with the mixture, packing it tightly.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the filled shells.
Place filled shells on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
