Clean the crabs by removing the legs and the triangular piece towards the bottom of the shell.

Discard the lungs and keep the crab meat aside.

Break the shells of the crab legs to extract the meat and keep it in a separate container.

Chop 2 to 3 medium-sized onions, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.

In a pan, add 1 cube of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add 4-5 green chilies and remove them later after frying.

Add the minced ginger and garlic to the pan and fry well.

Add the chopped onions and fry until translucent, adding 1 teaspoon of salt to speed up the process.

Remove the green chilies from the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of chopped capsicum and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the crab meat in batches, starting with the meat from the shells, then the meat from the legs.

Mix well and add 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of oregano, mixed herbs, and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes.

Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of vinegar and let the meat cook for another 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup of chopped spring onions and fry well, then allow the mixture to cool down.

Once cooled, add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream and mix well.

Stuff the mixture into the cleaned crab shells one by one.

Heat a pan and place the stuffed crabs inside, cooking for another 10 minutes on low flame until the cheese melts.
