1 lb chicken breast
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cut chicken breast in half and then in half again to create cubes.

Chop onion into circles.

Place chicken cubes and onion circles into a large bowl.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, sour cream, and soy sauce to the bowl.

Mix everything together until well incorporated, using hands if desired.

Place the mixture in the fridge to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
