Chicken Shashlik

vinegar - 1 tsp
chilli garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
white pepper - 1/4 tsp
salt - pinch
garlic (chopped) - 1 tsp
ginger (chopped) - 1 tsp
cornflour - 2 tsp
ketchup - 1/4 cup
chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
siracha - 1 tbsp
soy sauce - 2 tbsp
rice vinegar/ vinegar - 1 tbsp
sugar - 1 tbsp
chicken powder - 1 tsp
water - 1/4 cup
onion - cut into cubes
capsicum - cut into cubes
tomato - cut into cubes
chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
black pepper - 1 tsp
white pepper - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp

In a bowl, add chicken cut into cubes. After marinating the chicken, let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the pan is heated, add your marinated chicken and let it cook.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and let it heat. Let ginger and garlic simmer, then add your vegetables cut in cubes. Add your chicken in the pan then add your sauce and top it off with green onions.
