Measure 250 grams of flour on a flat surface.

Make a hole in the flour and add 1 egg, a pinch of salt, and a little bit of vegetable oil.

Use half of the eggshell to measure the oil and add it to the hole.

Slowly add lukewarm water, mixing with your hand until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough until shiny and form it into a ball.

Place the dough in a bowl with a splash of vegetable oil, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.

Peel and slice 10 green apples.

Prepare a surface with flour and place the rested dough on it.
