Set up the Instant Pot with a trivet at the bottom.

Place a frozen hamburger on top of the trivet.

Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot.

Once pressure is released, carefully open the Instant Pot and remove the ground beef.

Discard everything in the pot.

Hit cancel on the Instant Pot and turn it to sauté mode.

Add 4 tablespoons of avocado oil and heat until shimmering.

Add 8 ounces of portabella mushrooms and toss to coat in the oil.

Add 1/2 cup of diced onion (or onion powder if preferred).

Turn off the Instant Pot to prevent burning.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of Redmond sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos, then stir.

Add 1 cup of beef bone broth and sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum, whisk to combine.

Hit sauté again to heat the mixture and stir.

Chop the ground beef into crumbles and add it back to the pot.
