Mix masa harina, water, and salt in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.

Cook pork with onion, garlic, cumin, and bay leaf in a pot until tender, about 1 hour.

Shred the cooked pork and mix with tomato sauce and pepper.

Take a soaked corn husk and spread a small amount of dough on it, leaving space at the edges.
