Start by adding 10 tablespoons of soy sauce into a pot.
Add 10 tablespoons of seasoning soy sauce to the pot.
Incorporate 2 tablespoons of black soy sauce for color and flavor.
Add 2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon to the mixture.
Mix in 2 teaspoons of garlic powder (optional).
Stir in 2 teaspoons of black pepper.
Add 10 teaspoons of sugar to balance the saltiness.
Pour in 5 tablespoons of water and mix until combined.
Place the pot on medium heat and bring the sauce to a boil.
Once boiling, stir the sauce for a few minutes to ensure it's well mixed and to preserve it longer.
Pour the sauce into a jar while still hot for storage.
For the stir-fry, heat a wok on high heat.
Add bacon to the hot wok without any additional oil.
Cook the bacon for about 30 seconds on one side before stirring.
Once the bacon starts to release oil, add 2 cloves of minced garlic (optional).
Remove some excess oil from the wok if desired.
Add thinly sliced cabbage and carrots to the wok.
Stir-fry the vegetables for about 1 minute before adding the sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of the stir-fry sauce to the vegetables and bacon.
Stir everything together on high heat for a few minutes until well combined.
