Vegan Pizza

1 handful basil
1/2 red pepper
1/2 bag Daiya mozzarella cheese
a little bit of Daiya cheddar cheese
garlic powder

Prepare pizza dough by patting down the sides to remove air bubbles.

Stretch the dough by pushing down and working from the outside in.

Add about 1 tablespoon of oil to the dough for a crispy crust.

Place the stretched dough on a pizza pan.

Spread sauce in a circular motion on the dough, avoiding the crust.

Chop a handful of basil and sprinkle it on the sauce.

Chop 1/2 red pepper and mix it with 1/2 bag of Daiya mozzarella and a little bit of Daiya cheddar.

Add a blend of garlic powder, parsley, and oregano to the cheese mixture and toss it together.

Mix leftover sauce with a tiny bit of olive oil and brush it on the crust.
